The pool and sauna were wonderful amenities.
We encountered issues with the bed being uncomfortable as it was made up of two singles pushed together, creating an awkward gap. the bathroom had mildew on the shower grouting, which was unacceptable. Finally, the staff's limited English sometimes led to confusion, like when I received apple tart instead of the lemon dessert I ordered. these issues really detracted from our experience.

i was expecting much better at Beausite, but found the evening meals overly expensive with nothing special. also, the breakfast was a complete toss-up, made worse by new staff who clearly need training. to top it off, no one even offered a complimentary gesture for all the fuss—such a letdown, really. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were fantastic for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a good variety of options and was always served hot. The gardens were well-kept and made for a lovely place to unwind. the sun loungers in the garden were lacking cushions, which would have improved the comfort level. the cleanliness of the room and communal areas was impressive.

The staff really make the experience memorable. They were attentive, and no task was too much for them! ! The breakfast options were delightful, particularly the full English breakfast, which was a great way to start each day. The cleaning service was also diligent and made sure our room was well-kept throughout our stay.
The hotel looks a bit tired, with some paint peeling and outdated fixtures.
